-Nice neighborhood -That’s it

-Buzzer broken and impossible to get management to do anything -Floors crooked -Was not cleaned when we moved in -Did I say management was TERRIBLE?

unresponsive landlord and management

Pros

Good sized units and priced okay. Good neighborhood. Building Super is very kind.

Cons

Management rarely answers the phone. I filed a complaint for a violation through 311 and the landlord lied to 311 and reported it fixed when it was not, and I never received follow up. It’s an older building with pests.
