Incredible location. Responsive handyman, decent older building with laundry in basement
Cons
In our unit, there was a gap between the window frame and wall that allowed a mouse to enter. This was addressed quickly with steel wool. Heat level is hard to control and can be noisy
Decent Mid-Range Bldg
Pros
My old bldg! Loved the neighborhood and nice neighbors. Elevator. Generally, a good experience. Positive memories.
Cons
Walls/floors thin especially on the first floor. U can hear everything and people can be mad disrespectful. The super was tricky, was kinda weird w/ younger women. Sometimes nice, sometimes mean. Also heads up: no video bell, or there wasn't... packages get stolen alllll the time. So solid bldg, but noisy, package issue & super

install video bell if you have not!
