The water pressure was good. Maintenance responds fast.

Cons

There are rodents present in the ceilings. Lots of cockroaches present. They keep trash near the back, which causes many rodents to be found near the laundry area.

It’s got a great location near a lot of transportation, fun bars, the park, and not a terrible price for the area.
