Reviews

Former tenant·5 minutes ago

Terrible experience with management

Pros

Good location in the east village

Cons

Terrible management. Was a nightmare trying to get security deposit back. Brokers would barge into apartment to show and frequently show up unannounced.

Advice to the owners

Replace ownership and management.

Former tenant·11 months ago

Small apartment, bad management

Pros

Great location in the East Billage

Cons

Terrible management. Became unresponsive as soon as we moved out and would not return security deposit. Only returned deposit after threat of legal action and multiple trips to the leasing office. Everyone in the office had an excuse for why the deposit was late and not being returned I.e. new to the position, only in office Monday and Friday, no one to sign the check.

Advice to the owners

Better management
