Pros

Diversity in this building is great, everyone is nice and respectful.

Cons

The building has a lot of issues. Rats, ants and mold in this building is never ending. Maintenance is never done and this building is cracking apart from the inside out. They don’t repair damages just cover up the issue. This building needs to be closed entirely for the safety of the community. I deeply suggest not living here.
