Decent management, no issues
Pros
- Relatively clean building - Can't speak for all units, but my unit had new appliances and is well kept. - Super responds within reasonable timeframe for maintenance requests - Mgmt company sends reminders for late payments, didn't charge me late fee until I was 2 weeks late once - On 4th floor and have had no issues with mice, bed bugs, etc.
Cons
- Get the occasional cockroach, but nothing too out of hand. - The hallways and steps can be better maintained. Only gets swept every couple months - Packages get stolen a lot here so you have to be alert about your deliveries - The garbage outside gets really messy because of dumpster divers, so the curb kinda looks gross at times
