Pros:
The size of the apartments are unbeatable!
Cons:
Poor water pressure and garbage management.

Pros:
Jude and James are responsive and very helpful. The buildings are as clean as people decide to be that day, it shouldn't be put all on the porter. Neighbors are very friendly if you are friendly.
Cons:
Loud music during all hours on random days, I sleep thru everything though so it doesn't bother me but I can see how that can be a con. Pest control for mice and rodents is barbaric and non existent. Rats the size of cats in the basement. Laundry closes really early too.
Advice to owner:
Pest control, open laundry later.

Could not recommend this building to anyone.

Pros:
Great supers, affordable.
Cons:
Where do I begin? This building is so horrible. In my 2 year lease the following incidents happened:
- someone jumped off the roof, killing themselves
- human feces was left in the hallway and not cleaned up for 2 days
- our upstairs neighbors vomited over their fire escape onto ours, splattering our window
- a fire on the top floor, raining water into our apartment
- a fire in our hallway (no idea to this day the cause)
- multiple package thefts
- constantly broken front security door
- urine in the hallway, uncleaned for days
- Tenants smoking in the hallways
- constant leaks
Advice to owner:
Get your shit together this place is disgusting
