nice apartments, good neighbors, great block

many problems with heat and hot water. top quality mgmt was not great. landlord was odd

First floor apartments flood and never got security deposit back

It’s a good location, and I’m sure decent enough if you don’t live on the first floor

Cons

The first floor duplex apartments flooded consistently and management did not respond with any meaningful solutions. They also kept our security deposit without any explanation. We never received any response from the landlord or management upon moving out.
