Apartment was pretty big and heat/water was fine

Cons

Several things-neighbors are dirty. Smoking cigarettes in their apartment. Trash all in the front. People smoking weed in front of the front door. Trash in the lobby. Super is rude and does not maintain the building.

Rent stabilized, affordable rent, elevator, laundry in building, security, decent sized apartments.

Cons

Could use renovations in the lobby to make it more appealing. Security gate could be updated with a key fob instead of a key. Trash could be managed better.
