Landlord is very responsive -- whenever I had an issue, they would send someone over in a timely manner. Rent increases were reasonable. Building is across the street from a police station (very little noise issues), so felt very safe.
Had winter days where the heat wasn't running during the day -- heat is centrally controlled and had to use space heaters.
