The landlord has a lot of renovations to complete with the inside & outside

It’s a nice area to live, it’s convenient because of the area

Cons

It’s freezing in the winter because of all the cracks in the home, there’s a lot of bugs in the summer as well because of the cracks that need repair in the home

Advice to the owners

The guy who’s name is King just needs to do some repairs & stay on top of them.
