Heat doesn’t always work. Water pressure and temperate are unreliable. Amazon packages have gotten stolen.

cockroaches and mice! the neighbors in the building next door sorted cans everyday and their balcony was directly next to our window so i could hear cans being sorted from morning to night. the landlord does his best and is nice but owner is cheap and didn’t fix our buzzer for 6 months+. also packages were stolen 24/7 and the owner barely did anything about it
