Solid Comfortable Building
Pros
The management company was friendly. It was a new renovation and some tastefully. The bathroom was especially nice.
Cons
The hallway is nice white marble but they didn’t not keep it very clean.
Advice to the owners
Maintain the common spaces better.

Pros
Very cheap rent before pandemic
Cons
Leaks, bugs, building is falling apart, party goers pass out in hallway without their clothes on, stolen packages, poor responsiveness from landlord
