I liked how our neighbors also hated Evan’s guts.

Cons

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Evan Sohayegh and RE Property Management. Communication was poor from the beginning — messages and emails would go unanswered for days, if at all. When they did answer they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Maintenance issues were constantly delayed or ignored, and they were more interested in collecting rent than actually managing the property.

Advice to the owners

Touch grass.
