Leaking roof for months

Pros

Good people in the building. Most units have washer/dryer/dishwasher. Great location.

Cons

Management does not care about the building. Roof leaking for months, making sure every time it rains water leaks onto the upper hallway. Did not fix the leak in my unit either. Roof door does not latch so it bangs all night if it's windy. Super was helpful, but he can't do any repairs if management is not willing to fund it.
