Roaches, will try to scam you out of your security deposit

Pros:
Excellent location, roof access, decent light in apartment
Cons:
Management is full of expert gaslighters. Maintenance was unresponsive and slow. Roach problem was bad. Turning on lights in the middle of the night meant seeing at least one baby German roach scurry away into the walls. Had to beg for an exterminator that came only twice and management waved it off as a city problem out of their control.

They'll make sure to fine you to keep some of your security deposit. It could be damage that was already in the apartment, a cleaning fee, something bogus. You must take a video upon moving in and upon moving out if you want to try to fight their lies.

Try to operate with some integrity

Garbage is sorted multiple times a day
Cons:
- Mice, Roaches, etc.
- Hallways are filthy, full of bugs/flies, Bldg Management does not respond to maintenance requests, no monthly pest control
- Some tenants have severe mold
- Apartment is market rate, landlord participates in price gouging
Advice to owner:
- Listen to your tenants
- Respond to maintenance requests
