The floors are (c) openigloo even segrated. You will see (c) openigloo certain race of people on (c) openigloo the top floors but the (c) openigloo black and brown people are (c) openigloo on the lowest and worst (c) openigloo floors. The gym is just (c) openigloo a decoration display.You can smell (c) openigloo the garbage 9 doors down. (c) openigloo So many non working people (c) openigloo here that creates a hostile (c) openigloo environment. The rent price is (c) openigloo not worth it. If you (c) openigloo drive,enjoy walking 100 blocks for (c) openigloo parking.Rent checks get stolen,cars get (c) openigloo broken into.People will leave trash (c) openigloo at your door.Sometimes all 3 (c) openigloo elevators will be stuck half (c) openigloo the day.Water shut off is (c) openigloo common.Management don’t care about you (c) openigloo but the plants around the (c) openigloo building.

People liter everywhere People were (c) openigloo allowed to have animals even (c) openigloo though lease stated no No (c) openigloo garage can in the front (c) openigloo resulting in garbage everywhere outside (c) openigloo of building

Put a garbage can or two in the front of building

Construction is still pretty new, (c) openigloo maintenance is good… there’s someone (c) openigloo here every day. Prior (c) openigloo have been aggressive bc the (c) openigloo compactor room was full and (c) openigloo he saw my name on (c) openigloo a box but he is (c) openigloo no longer at the building. (c) openigloo The price is amazing for (c) openigloo the size of the apartment.
Cons:
Neighbors are gross. Turned a (c) openigloo brand new clean building into (c) openigloo a mess very quickly. (c) openigloo There is scatter site supportive (c) openigloo housing in the building and (c) openigloo those people make it very (c) openigloo clear that they don’t like (c) openigloo us and hang in the (c) openigloo lobby all day and outside (c) openigloo of the building. Besides that (c) openigloo the neighbors are great. Lots (c) openigloo of people throw garbage on (c) openigloo the sidewalks, like a lot (c) openigloo of garbage, could be the (c) openigloo kids from the school. People (c) openigloo always smoking weed in the (c) openigloo stairwell, leave bottles and roaches (c) openigloo and garbage for days
Advice to owner:
Maintenance should walk though stairwells daily. Address the supportive housing people that bother the other tenants. Or at least let people know before they move in that they will be dealing w that environment

Advice to owner:
To take pride in your smaller buildings and keep it up to par no matter the economic status of your tenants. We deserve to have heat , safety and working intercoms as well.
