Stellar review for Apartment
Pros
Extremly responsive Super who resolved minor problems within the span of 2 days. Cleanliness of all share spaces. Elevator access, laundry room, and clean gym. Relatively quiet and great location. Built in AC
Cons
Thin walls, apartment could get very humid and stuffy in summer

Management hard to reach
Pros
Building is clean, no pest issues, roof top and gym available but is extra $$. Live in sup is nice and responsive through text.
Cons
Could never contact management when we need them about rent issues, does not response to email or phone. Slow to respond through their issue ticketing system. A lot of the washer are sometimes broken (does not do spin cycles) and that cannot be fixed by the building management.
