Great units, horrific management.
Pros
- Location - Very large 1-bedroom floor plans - Large laundry room - Workers are all incredibly kind
Cons
Horrible management. Literally go out of their way to make renters' lives difficult. - Little urgency to respond to maintenance requests and pest concerns - Little to no proactive communication about major building incidents (superintendent death in 2025, ground floor fire in 2026) - Dishonest about building security setup (building advertises a doorman, and there are security cameras in the lobby. But when packages were being consistently stolen, the building claimed it was an unattended building so they weren't responsible for stolen items from the lobby. The security cameras are all broken, confirmed by the super, and the building refuses to replace them). - Takes zero responsibility for the fact that multiple units are without fire alarms & carbon-monoxide detectors.
Advice to the owners
Treat your tenants with basic human decency and respect. There is no reason to behave otherwise.

Nice neighbors, really nice doormen & staff who are helpful. Nice and charming apartments in a good location.
Cons
management company/ownership can be difficult to deal with. Building heat can be inconsistent during transitional weather.
