Bad Landlord Experience

Pros

- Doormen available - Shared laundry - Quiet on the courtyard side - Amazing location

Cons

- No apartment issues we resolved unless complaining to the city (for example, inadequate heat for months, resolved immediately after complaining to 311) - Pests, especially in the basement next to laundry machines - Rent grows 10% each year - Doormen aren't always available and no access to delivered packages

Pros

Building is always clean, looked after and safe

Cons

Heating could be better especially in the winter it tends to run on the cooler side but other than that I love the building. Rent price increase is a bit abusive…

Advice to the owners

Take in consideration the renters and don’t raise rent so high in one year increments
