Criticisms focus on poor maintenance, unclean and unsafe conditions, pest infestations, and inadequate heating. Garbage management is consistently described as subpar, with hallways dirty and exterior areas neglected. Management responsiveness is perceived as very slow or dismissive, contributing to a lack of trust. Rent levels are considered high relative to the poor living conditions, which include illegal basement apartments and safety hazards. While some neighbors are friendly, the overall environment is impacted by neglected upkeep and management that tenants advise should improve professionalism, maintenance, and tenant respect.
