Loved living here! 6 happy years

Pros

very well-maintained, inexpensive storage units even for renters. INCREDIBLY kind and caring superintendent, Edy is the best! I saw some reviews that said they had pests. I was on an upper floor and did not have any problems in my apartment.

Cons

did not like how they rolled out the phone-based intercom, preferred the physical option (i.e. not cell phone based)

there was talk of a roof deck, the roof has a great view so let's use it
