Good apartment, good amenities

Pros:
Laundry room was well-equipped, gym was good, once they opened the roof we had a great view of Manhattan
Cons:
Setting up automatic payment was oddly difficult and didn't always work, and exiting the apartment it wasn't clear what was required of me.

Pros:
Very nice building. Clean, well-maintained, nice super. Great laundry room - super convenient to use with a designated app.
Cons:
Gym is a bit too small for the number of apts. and elevators take forever sometimes to arrive. There's a package closet, but all the returns are always at the entrance to building and it creates a huge mess.
Advice to owner:
Find a better solution for the packages - maybe just have one closet for returns and one for the incomings.
