Horrible Management
Pros
The building is clean and adequate but there is definitely lots to be improved here.
Cons
Firstly, the management company listed here is not the company we worked with. We worked with a company called Venn that manages this building and several nearby buildings. We have several appliances that were listed as selling points for our unit that have been broken since we moved in or broke shortly after we moved in (although we were told these were new products). The management company stated that they did not have warranties for these appliances (which is strange because new products come with warranties most of the time, so where were these purchased from??) and since our move in Sep 2020 until now, these things have not been fixed. We constantly have to reach out to management ourselves to see if there are any updates, and are forced to use an app that they developed (which barely even functions properly) for any communication with their team. Any time we try to ask direct questions the responses are always vague and unhelpful, never addressing any of our questions. And when we ask for a direct contact person at their office, rather than trying to message them through a poorly functioning app, this request is simply ignored.
Advice to the owners
First and foremost, STOP calling yourself a tech company if you can't even get your simple app to work correctly. Reach out to tenants about the status of their repairs, rather than letting us sit around and wait until we are so confused we need to reach out ourselves. Also, GET RID OF THE APP - this is such an inefficient way to contact the management team and has been a huge painpoint since we moved into this property.
