Cozy apartment for both short and long term stays

How responsive the manager was -- roommates are nice and quite, never had an issue there. neighborhood is safe and full of restaurants and cafes. within a walking distance you can find pretty much all what you need.

Cons

You can hear the trains a bit but nothing too crazy.
