Crazy Landlady with BPD
Pros
- Great location - Good value (at the time)
Cons
- Landlady is bipolar. Insane. She accused me of 'violating occupancy' laws when my parents and siblings visited my apartment for less than an hour. - She did not GAF about heat not working until I reported it to 311, go figure. - She opened a restaurant in the space below so music started playing every day at full blast.
