Decent NYC Building
Pros
Quiet. Landlord company does respond to repairs. Bathroom is clean. Apartment is cozy.
Cons
Month of January 2020 I did not have heat and had to stay at my boyfriend’s place. During this time they did not take off $ for rent. Kitchen needs to be redone. Neighbors steal packages.
Advice to the owners
Install a working camera to prevent packages from being stolen.

The landlord/management company is HORRIBLE. The worst to deal with The heat and hot water were not working for a week during Winter 19/20 and it took them far too long to fix it with no compensation The floors are very old, and very damaged and the noise from the creeks is very loud. Not only in your own apartment but you can hear it from the upstairs neighbor above.
Advice to the owners
Be more flexible and more human. It was impossible to get a proper response from someone.
