Like Living Here- mostly pros some cons
Pros
-pretty design, access to semi private outdoor space, regularly cleaned, regular trash managment, pets allowed, decent heat and cooling units, mostly timely responses to maintenence requests
Cons
- only 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundry room and the dryers are not very effective. Requires multiple cycles at $2.75 a cycle - year 1 and they are trying to increase the rent a little more than 5% even though we pay pretty much market average for the area if not a little more - no closets and no dishwasher

Landlord Ignores Black Mold in Apartment

Nice roof, laundry in building
Cons
Mold in our apartment ignored for months. Apartment in horrible condition upon move in. Incompetent, unresponsive management
Advice to the owners
Fix issues, don’t let your properties deteriorate
