Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Reviews of buildings managed by Kevin Seaton indicate major concerns regarding cleanliness and management responsiveness. While some tenants appreciate spacious apartments and good neighbor interactions, many express frustration over the unkempt common areas and frequent maintenance issues. Garbage management appears inconsistent, and there are significant complaints about broken amenities, particularly the laundry facilities and heating. Although some residents value the promptness of the owner in communication, others note neglect in addressing persistent problems. Overall, prospective renters can expect a mix of pleasant living conditions but should be prepared for potential management challenges.

Reviews

Spacious and bright but dirty

Pros

Apartments are spacious for the price and location, with very large windows. Neighbors are respectful.

Cons

Common areas are so filthy! Food scraps and dead cockroaches lying around in hallways, elevators, and staircases for months! Also the laundry machines are often broken and it often gets too hot or too cold in winter

Advice to the owners

Stop adding ugly furniture to the lobby and instead clean the common areas better.

Good, clean for the most part

Pros

No bugs, good building. No bugs, elevators.

Cons

Laundry room can be a mess with busted machines, and garbage room is always overflowing.
