Great location and reasonable management

Pros

-Great location for those that want to be central in Manhattan -Good amout of rent-stabilized apartments in the building -On-site super is responsive and active -Laundry room in basement

Cons

-The building had a boiler go out last year and even after replacement, the heat hasn't felt adeqaute
