- Location - Friendly and helpful porter
Cons
- If you call the building management company they will bounce you around until you get sent to voicemail - Building makes changes without proper notice (painting, floor work, when elevators are down there are no signs, changed laundry payment system) - You can sign up for exterminator but they may or may not come, again without notice - Laundry Service is CSC Go - Laundry Service will not refund you after 14 days of the incident - They changed the laundry service and did not notify anyone and you have to mail the card back to Texas in order for your money to be refunded to the card - They will not fix your issue and instead patch it (evidence of leaking roof in two locations and they just painted it over - I have never met the Super, he instead sends one of his helpers - Tenants Smoke in the building

Communication to tenants will go a long way

Pros
it’s close to the major subway lines and there’s a bus right across the street that’ll take you to the train station
Cons
no live in super despite it being advertised, unresponsive management for any sort of matter (they don’t call back no matter how many messages you leave), there’s a cockroach infestation because we don’t get an exterminator here often enough, neighbors are noisy and super doesn’t care/wont do anything about it. rarely is there heat in the winter
