Upper west side charm

Pros

Location Beautiful Parlor Room Had a loft High ceilings

Cons

No laundry at the time. See direct for updates

Decent starter apartment

Pros

The rent was pretty cheap when I first moved in ($2400 for 2 bed). Also the location is fantastic. Super close to the park, stores, and subway lines.

Cons

Building wasn’t well maintained. Pests in the hallways. Workers from nearby stores would sit on the stoop and smoke for long periods of time.

Advice to the owners

Keep the hallway cleaner
