Very walkable area, you are in the center of downtown and can easily access so much of what the city has to offer
Cons:
- Terrible cockroach infestation in our unit upon move in. Weekly exterminators were required with one telling me that there's only so much he can do as the building is infested and the surrounding area is prone to infestations - Trash was kept inside the building on the ground floor, I often saw both roaches and mice enjoying the overflowing trash - My bedroom faced an air shaft on the inside of the building which had almost no light however most of the other units bathrooms were connected to it so all I could hear through the night were the sounds of my neighbors bathrooms - Rude management that did not take our complaints seriously

You need to maintain your building

Great location close to food, laundry, and lots of subways
Cons:
Unresponsive landlord, rats seen in building, mice in apartment with barely any help from landlord about fixing it
