Best FIT dorm
Pros
Great for a dorm, good location. It is nice to have a big laundry room and a gym in the building.
Cons
Temperature management is a bit hard given that ac and heat is central. My unit would get very hot in the summer, and opening the windows was not an option.

Close to the Hudson Yards, High Ceilings, Furnished, AC in unit, Gym, Laundry in building
Cons
Dirty, Oven smelt like gas, bathroom was gross - not cleaned when I moved in. Security staff is rude.
Advice to the owners
Live in the NYU dorms.
