Owners hard to get in touch with, roaches present

Pros

I loved the doormen, the area, the natural light, and size of the space.

Cons

Always a dryer not working, roaches always in basement or in our apartments, TMS is typically really hard to get ahold of.

Building does not provide pest control

Pros

Location is great - less than 10 minutes walk to grand central as well as m15 bus down 2nd Feels like a safe area Doormen provides security to the building

Cons

Management handles pest control issues poorly & gaslights tenants- blaming it on opening windows when we can prove that they are coming from the kitchen/ behind appliances Moved in here in December & we have caught 10+ mice. Management only will make temporary fixes that are not sustainable.

Provide proper pest control to your tenants or else further action will be taken
