Quiet neighborhood, decent neighbors.

RATS! MOLD! Laundry room is full of rat poop, spider webs and flies. Rats and mold in apartments. Super works a full time OFFSITE job during the week and considers himself off duty on the weekends, so the building basically has no Super. Management hires the most incompetent people to come do repair work. Solutions for mold is to paint over it. Solutions to the rats is to cover the holes eaten by rats with simple plaster. Elevator is frequently broken. No access to the basement for garbage disposal. Tenants leave trash on the first floor hallway.
Advice to the owners
Care about your tenants we are people. Hire better help.

Large mail boxes, close to the trains
Cons
Roaches, loud music played all night by landlord, front door unlocked, garbage taken outside after days of piling up. The landlord does not fix repairs as asked and you have to ask over and over again for a response.
Advice to the owners
Take out the garbage more often and stop having parties late night while your tenants are trying to sleep. Make sure the lock on the front door is fixed because a woman was already attacked in this building, due to the door being open. When tenants need their apartment fixed, make the time to do it.
