-totally fine apartment - management generally responsive to small things - great neighborhood and neighbors
- we have had no heat for a lot of the winter, every time they send the same guy who "flushes the pipes". It works for a few days then breaks again - the building just hasn't been maintained and things add up
maintain the building so these small things do not turn into large issues
