beautiful old building on an amazing block

Cons

holes in rotting floorboards, landlord never adequately stopped rodent problem. only had heat in one room.

Management Company is Useless

Pros

Great building. Nice rooms. Lots of natural light. Very close to DT Williamsburg and trains/busses.

Cons

Not nearly enough storage for a 3bd 1bth.
