Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Decent LES building

Pros

Owner /management is super responsive and accommodating to our needs.

Cons

It’s LES… a bit noisy especially on weekend nights if your apt faces the street. Pests arent usually a problem but there are small gaps under our doors for them to get in. I use door sweeps and glue traps to prevent them getting in.

Advice to the owners

Better noise / AC insulation through the windows

Nice building but loud & expensive

Pros

Great neighborhood. Neighbors were great.

Cons

Bugs. Mice. Loud street activity all night long. Lobby never cleaned. Squeaky & uneven floors.
