Better to find smt else
Pros
New building, 2 y.o, garage, lift, made of bricks, dry walls. Condo
Cons
Bad cleaning common areas, very noisy fans on the second floor roof(can’t open windows during summer), stuck in the lift 2 times, cockroaches, no central heating, huge electric bills. Very tough to get out from garage without scratches on car! Water very slow.
Advice to the owners
Do good cleaning twice a week, install solar on rooftop, cut entrance to garage more and put mirrors on corners
