Exposed Brick and High Ceilings!

Pros

- White painted brick with wood burning fireplace - HIGH ceilings with exposed wood beams - Responsive management company - Live-in super

Cons

- Thin, thin, thin walls/ceilings - can hear everything - Laundry is *not* in building (it is in the sister building, down two flights of OUTDOOR steps down a narrow basement hallway) - Laundry is coin operated

Advice to the owners

Hire a broker who doesn't lie about amenities (listed dishwasher on Streeteasy - lie, listed laundry as 'in-building - lie, listed a roof deck???? 0 roof access).
