Only moving because of high rentals

Pros:
The super is responsive and lives in the building. The building is cleaned every day. the walls are thick, some apartments have spacious rooms. My apartment has a dishwasher. Every month we hear from the pest control company. Neighbors are friendly and diverse.
Cons:
Walk-up and a bit expensive. No laundry in building, management company is not responsive. Some ceiling leaks.
Advice to owner:
Management needs to be more responsive
