Management is weird

Appliances weren’t updated , unkept promises with land lord

Pros:
it was affordable, although it was definitely not worth it.
Cons:
moving here was the worst mistake i have ever made. several months into living here, i experienced severe water leaks which led to mold, bugs, and damage to my belongings as well as health consequences. the management was unresponsive. repairs were never made.
Advice to owner:
i don’t even know where to start. make repairs, don’t rent out damaged units.
