newly renovated but small
Pros
interior of the apartment is very nice -- in-unit laundry, new applicances, fancy bathroom, and even an exposed brick wall in the bedroom. Location is also convenient to get to a variety of places -- J, B/D, F, N/R, 6 are all close by, and a lot of the prettiest neighborhoods are walking distance
Cons
apartments are very small and the ventilation is poor. The area can feel a bit unsafe with all the tweakers around
