Not worth to pay the rent

Pros

Heat and water are good

Cons

Elevators are always broken have to take the stairs everyday. In Laundry room all the machines are broken no one comes to fix them for the past 4 years. Hallways are full of trush. The parking lot gates are broken everyone can come and park their cars no one ask who are you. There has been shooting a few times inside the building. The hall way doors are broken. Other kids that does not live in the building comes nock your door in the middle of the night and run away. Drugs are out rage whoever lives In the building knows what apartment sales it and no one can do anything about it. Don’t be fool by nice pictures and I don’t know where should I stop.

Advice to the owners

He need to get his act together and fix everything before everyone stop paying rent for him.
