Great Location, simple, get what you pay for. Would recommend

Pros

Location is good, generally no noise from neighbors, laundry in building

Cons

Rooftop is unkept, zero furniture or anything up there. Gym room is really bad, unkept, nothing in there, locked all the time Laundry machines break but it is infrequent

Advice to the owners

Would be great to have some furniture on the roof, and the gym room maintained
