Find Somewhere Else!

Pros

I like that the building door requires a FOB to get in, though the staircase before you go through the door is basically left open to the public? 🤔 The landlord mops the place so it's not TOO dirty from the average apt buildings The supermarket is also right there so that's a plus.

Cons

Neighbors suck? Like there's no reason for people to just not care about the volume of their music. The staircase that's before the building door is usually open, and smells like what you expect: piss. Some people also just randomly ring your doorbell
