Pros
Management was amazing. They would be prompt for when calling in if for any issues. The units are up to date and well maintained. The building is in a great location. They are very fair when it comes to lease renewals. Never had any issues with pests. Overall I’d say my stay was positives
Cons
Some neighbors are super loud at random times of the day and night. Some of the building floors with pets would bark and could hear them from your unit. Some floors have a cat odor.
Advice to the owners
This building and unit was amazing. You price your units at a competitive rate. I’d say you’d have the flexibility to be more picky with the people staying at your units. You could honestly still get a bunch of applicants if you said no pets. Other than that no advice this unit was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay probably the best management I’ve came across from all the apartments I’ve stayed at
