Used to be a good neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to major transportation
Cons:
Residents can’t comprehend the concept of security. They’re always leaving the main entrance propped open and now with the men’s and women’s shelters in the area it’s more of a safety issue than ever.
Advice to owner:
Have the super periodically check that the door remains locked.
