Great views and the beach is nice
Cons
Too many bugs, I couldn’t get my landlord to fix extreme water problems in the column. Instead of fixing it they decided to kicked me out. I was there for several years and had great relations. Once the water damage got out of control so did the landlords relations with me. I ending up losing over 40,000 dollars because of extreme water damage. Some of those items are irreplaceable and then won’t even let me pick up my mail.
Advice to the owners
Please stop making horrible situations hostile.
