Great location, nice heating throughout. Used to have roof access when I was there, that was nice.

Cons

Laundry machine breaks occasionally, very inconvenient. Walls are also super thin above so you will definitely hear if something is going on up there.

Advice to the owners

Please fix the laundry machines more quickly.
