Not the best not the worst?

Pros:
I liked how spacious it is and I love my neighborhood
Cons:
Mice, everything is broken, there is flooding multiple times a year, my roof is leaking water, it’s freezing and the heaters barely work, my landlord never responds and the maintenance just show up when they want to and not when you ask them. Maintenance is also creepy and always wants to flirt and is rude after I wasn’t having that. The next door neighbor throws trash into our yard. Sometimes the sewer floods and our building is filled with sewer water. They raise our rent every year and don’t fix the issues and now we have mentioned this to them and the management is rude to us.
Advice to owner:
Stop raising rent if youre not going to fix anything
